Who is this for?
This service is for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs. We also have a large community workforce supporting people with all types of dementia, their carers and delegates.
What does it offer?
At Tutela, we can offer a safe, responsive and needs-led service. Our skilled staff provide individual support packages that enable individuals to maintain and learn everyday living skills in order to maximise their independence, control, and to have their voice heard.
We customise and work hard to specifically match individuals with support staff that have the right skillsets and personality so that relationships can be built based on continuity and trust.
We know how hard it can be to trust someone with the care of your loved one. Tutela have developed our infrastructure and procedures with this in mind. Our support is a person-centred approach, consistent and needs-focused, and ultimately we strive to ensure that you and your loved one feel safe, confident, and have trust in us.
Our Home Care services are delivered using a re-ablement approach aimed at increasing independence and reducing the support required wherever possible.
We offer the following services:
- Personal care needs
- Nutritional and diet support
- Medication support
- Physical (including sensory) and emotional health (including memory impairment or diagnosed dementia) needs
- Practical and socialisation skills
